Interval training works the body and pushing the boundaries. Interval training involves alternating heart rate, from slow, to intermediate, to move quickly. Great example of interval training will run fast for about 30 seconds, then ran lightly for about 60 seconds. Be Consistent and Regular.

Exercise has a good effect on the body. However, if you do not keep in regular, consistent intervals, it will do little good. The key is to work at least 3 to 4 times per week, for at least 30 to 60 minutes each time. Consistency, combined with the intensity and duration, is the key to getting the best shape of your life.
